Just before making the Fox movie 'A Haunting We Will Go' (released
in 1942) laurel and Hardy joined several other stars including Ray Bolger
on the 'Flying Showboat Tour'. The tour departed on November 2nd 1941 with
the troupe flying aboard three B-I8s. During their two-week tour they visited
defence bases in Antigna, St.Lucia, Trinidad and British Guyana.
We are pleased to present some exclusive never printed before photographs.
We obtained them from an antique's dealer in the USA. An U.S. Airman took
these when they visited Borinquen Field, Puerto Rico in November 1941. The
weather during the tour was very hot, just look at the expression on Ollies
face!
